We'll Make It Right The First Time!
We have window wells that often flood during heavy downpours, water comes into the well from the sides of the window wells, we think it is because water comes from neighbors yard and saturates area near the windows, and their property right next to that side is higher than our property due to their brick driveway. Would a french drain on that side of the house help funnel that water away from basement windows and down to the street?
