How unfortunate that Kirk managed to win the Senate election last year here in Illinois. It certainly proves that any corporate hack can win anywhere, anytime... just look at what happened to the governorships in Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and New Jersey.

mark kirk isn't the idiot you are for talking about fed cuts,we're talking about illinois payroll income tax increase, it jumped up 67% for individuals and 45% for corporations. Kirk comment against the increase ("they are ready to shoot people out there,and you want to increase their taxes") now living in IL i haven't heard anyone talk of shooting them,but there was refrence to the boston tea party,IL grain crops are one of the largest cash flows in the state.People are pissed so we'll see.

If you actually want people to listen to what you have to say don't start your comment with "you're a fool". As for the Democratic party, they are not any better than the Republican party. Each has completely failed in their own miserable way. As for Obama, at least give him a reasonable amount of time before you trash him. 3 months is not long enough to say that he's a failure.
