  • I have a hot point oven for nearly 5 years and still under guarantee. many times been repaired by prof techinician. I complained to the technician why i can see tiny holes and bubbling like charcoal at the middle surface of the oven? The techician said nothing to worry about, the technician altered already the thermostat as he said it is the thermostat problem. As my oven is still under quarantee in a few months, i want to be sure the insurance is not ignoring my oven problem, can you help?
