I'm not a kid nor am I retarded. I'm not an Alpha fanboy either, I just defend the third games music when people bash it cause it doesnt deserve hate, only praise. Sure theyres a lot of bad songs, but theyres a lot of good ones also
If Alpha 3 got an arranged soundtrack like the first 2 did, Im sure ppls opinions would be much different.
And insulting me and telling me to shutup? how mature

Nothing "happened" to the SSF2 theme, if u wanna hear that go and play ST then. This isnt a remix of anything it is a brand new song and I like that.
SF2 fanboys = fail

I prefer it in Super Street Fighter II.

'tropical storm'; where'd you get the song title from? The characters added after the arcade release didn't have themes as of yet, so their songs didn't make it into the official SFA3 OST. So where'd the song title come from? Made it up on your own?

uhm mister T. Hawk sir...uhm...may i take Julia out? NOOO...sammamish...tomahawk!!

I'll be honest though, the new stage on Tekken Tag Tournament 2 "Condor Canyon" made me think of this song and T.Hawk's stage.

Damn Street Fighter Alpha 3 has one of the best fighting game soundtracks ever.

@KickAssTR causing contraversy intentionally is trolling (such as holding your opinion as bieng "right", everyone knows that there is no way to prove or disprove an opinion.). you could have just said "I don't like this" and ended at that or, knowing that saying such a thing would cause contraversy, kept to yourself. Just saying.

@TFawk And the fact that attention was shifted to back to SFIII so they could make second impact immediatly after the arcade version of alpha 3 was finished.
For the people who can't understand the music, let me tell you a story: The original idea was to use a CD based Custom CPS2 board and make the ost a hard rock/metal soundtrack similar to guilty gear. Unfortunatly the budget constraints forced them to scrap the idea, the music was then done in Midi format using the standard CPS2 sound card and that is what we have here.

@S0ryiu
Thats interesting, what I want to know is why the home releases didnt receive this CD soundtrack? or an arranged redbook ost

@Renegade466isback Corner cutting most likely. Alpha 1 and 2 on ps1 and saturn had arranged OST while Alpha 3 didn't. It might have somthing to do with teh dreamcast just being released and rumours of the ps2 coming out. I never played teeh dreamcast version but I assume it still uses the CPS2 soundtrack.
