London to Hull in 3 minutes. A straight remake of the classic London-Brighton film but transferred a few hundred miles north to promote the new direct services offered by Hull Trains. The addition of sound effects and a journey "status bar" mean that the viewer can enjoy a driver's eye view.

  • Wait.... Hull has trains now?

  • what music is used?

  • I think this video was way to fast. It was great to look at but a lot of detail of the route was lost in the process.

  • That was brillaint

  • @Yownanymous Yes its a disgrace that we are still relying on victorian rail when so much money has been squandered. If we could travel distances this quickly it would change the whole world as we know it. Mind you get the wrong type of leaves on the electrorail and it would all grind to a halt! So much for privatisation too.

  • This was taken from the cab view of 222103

  • @imaginedpm This was filmed in "these days". Trains can't go faster than 125 on the fastest lines because we had Thatcher in who ruined everything.

  • WOW!

  • i think he exceeded the line speed a bit

  • who,s driving nigel mansell ????
