A contemporary Tai Chi form created by Hong Kong WuShu champion Lei Fai (李暉)- I'm performing a couple of sections in the Hong Yeh Park at Guan Tzu Ling - a mountain resort in Tainan county. Great place. I am a huge fan of Lei Fai - she's been couragously creative in designing new forms and promoting CMA as a sustainable and healthy athletic pursuit.

  • Thanks for the comment. I learned my Pak Mei from Sifu Tony Tang around 1985 to 1988 in Covent Garden, London. The Tai-Chi is self-taught (I'm embarrassed to say - so busy I don't have time to go attend classes). I noticed that you have some Pak Mei videos in your page - did you also train in Pak Mei? Where in Taiwan are you teaching? I've been here for nearly 20 years now - still lovin it!

  • @gutingwu) You have an impressive form.

  • Hello mate - nice videos....why are there no videos of Guting Wu in the KTV bar showing us his moves there I wonder? If I have more time I'm going to put your Tai Qi video above to the soundtrack of "I'm a little teapot" as the bit in the middle would work a treat with the lyrics...

  • Pretty cool ! :-)

Where did you learn your Tai Qi?
