inhales sound good... but almost anyone learns them real fast and joins a band and shit.. a combination of inhales and exhales is still better off.. however my votes for exhales..

and yeah phil exhales NO DOUBT.. nd hes more brutal than any fake inhale pig squealin bitch in the deathcore scene

Negative. I'm an extreme fan myself. I've seen chapel play 8x. I'm friends with about half of the members. I've spoken to Phil several times about screaming...and unless he's lying he never inhales, not even once. It also says so on their Myspace blog. I'm not trying to be a know-it-all douche...it's just that Phil hates inhaling sooo much I seriously doubt he would ever do it.

phil inhales on some parts for effect but almost all exhale.... and inhales arent too bad for your vocal cords..people just say that to get off of them cuz they are really dangerous as in they can pop hole in your long haha...brutal

Inhaling puts a lot of strain on your vocal chords, plus you're sucking in a lot of air which can also damage your throat...But I don't know how the subject of inhales came up, cause Phil doesn't inhale

when i used to scream\, i usually like to exhale everything. but when it came to like pig squeals id inhale.

they take less skill (almost anyone can do them without even practicing) and they are very weak, especially compared to exhales...they give you a different sound tho, i personally like inhales (at the right times) but i prefer mainly exhaling
