Um...sit back, relax, and enjoy the music! (I hope xD) This is my first full length composition (I've done 8 measure compositions for an orchestra class before x3).
Anyways...I called the piece Journey Home because the piece is supposed to be about my journey as a musician, from when I loved piano, to when piano no longer meant anything to me, and then me loving it again ^^
There's more about that on my profile if you care to read it ^^"
------------------------
A little more about the piece (some music theory knowledge will help):

0:45 - I decided to use a deceptive cadence to immediately and unexpectedly switch from major to minor, because I don't really know when I started to dislike piano, but before I knew it, it was no longer something I loved.

0:56-1:00 - The run in the right hand is the same run used during 0:28-0:31 in the major section. The left hand makes it sound minor though. I chose to do this because pieces that I used to love, although unchanged, became something I no longer enjoyed. The upward run is kind of like me trying to remember what I once loved about piano, but not succeeding. It stays minor.

1:09-1:19 - The same run as 0:56-1:00 occurs again, this time it goes to major. There was a brief period of a week during my piano depression where I started enjoying piano again. I played for maybe 4 hours a day O_O.

1:25-1:26 - The same notes as the opening are played. The week where I loved piano turned out to be just a temporary thing rather than a renewed love for piano, so instead of going back to the original theme, it goes back to the minor theme using another deceptive cadence.

1:38-2:01 - I tried to reflect some passages from Fantasie-Impromptu and Un Sospiro (respectively) because they were two classical pieces which I enjoyed, even during my piano depression ^^

1:46-1:48 - This part comes into play later.

2:17-2:20 - Uses the same main note and rhythm as in 1:46-1:48 except in major, rather than minor. Finally I'm coming out of the piano depression ^^

2:46 - Seems like a suitable point for an ending, but rather than an end, I wanted this part to reflect a feeling that I'll continue loving piano forever, so the theme repeats again, stronger than ever.

2:22-END - I love piano again, I'm home ^-^

Sorry that I haven't posted a video in such a long time! =(

PS - I forgot how loudly the bass is recorded when the video camera is placed there, so the harmony sometimes overshadows the melody =(
