It's Mike McCready, and he ends with a brilliant performance of the "Star Spangled Banner" as Jimi Hendrix performed it.
If my memory serves me, he follows Jimi's version very closely, which is amazing because Jimi played it deliberately sloppy and whacky... great guitar work.
