@RobertGary1 Not really. She shot him out of fright, not knowing the circumstances of shooting him. Although, there wasn't really an alternative to put that robber in his place. Glad he got shot.

See friends, the police don't actually stop anything, they are a threat to those who would do something illegal. But real criminals know this and thus are not detoured by them. SOOOooo this tells us the cops are only there to fill out the paperwork for the courts and insurance co's. They are there to follow-up on events and handle the aftermath. NOW, proactive behavior, knowing your rights, taking LIBERTY SERIOUSLY is the answer.
