I am not totally convinced that Todd shot Victor. Sure it sure seems to "appear" that way, but I am still not convinced.

An interesting thought here -- IF Todd did indeed kill Victor, why wouldn't he be haunted by Victor's ghost? I mean he is being bothered by Irene so why not Victor at the same time too?

Guess time will tell what really happened that night.

@all4amcandoltl I meant that in an excited way! Tea and Victor belonged together and Todd needs to meet his judgement for not only killing his brother,but hurting the mother of his child in the worst possible way,yet again

you forgot one very important oltl spoiler. Louie surprises and relieves Todd. Louie isn’t dead and he kept that gun… Todd exchanges the gun with payment for Louie… found it at soapzone.
