This song came out the year I graduated from college. It reminds me of a love that tore out my heart 2 years prior. Oh Betty P, how I loved you and have thought of you through the years. My heart was never really been the same so I thought. You had been my inspiration. I still have the memories. I made something out of my life without you and found some else. 35 yrs later you contact me and asked me how I am. All I can say is I'm fine. Yeah even now says it all.

anybody that has ever loved anybody has just one person come to mind when they hear this song...im 20 years old and with my generation of music i dont think anything has ever hit me so hard like this song did...its as if my exact memories of someone was put into perfect melody and expressed beyond correction
