This coffee beverage is a tradition in the small German vineyard town of Rudesheim. First, Asbach liqueur is poured into the glass and lit on fire. Then the coffee is poured in, and lastly, whip cream is placed on top with chocolate sprinkles. YUMMY!!
I come from Ruedesheim/Geisenheim and have never tried this, If I get the chance to go there again, maybe I will try it

Lol you forgot that there are 3 sugar cubes in the bottom and the brandy (when lit) caramelizes the sugar.
