  • @nhsplayer07 every 20 what? shifting isn't based on the speed you're traveling at. you eventually learn to shift by ear. it is not a good idea to be looking down to find out when you "should" shift via tachometer. in the case of coming to a full stop, yes. you downshift twice if you happen to be in a higher gear.

  • how do you know when to shift every 20? i know u shift whenu hit the red line but what if you were going slow. and if u were in 3rd gear and hit a stop sign u press down the shift twice?
