@TheoryIsSpeculation I will be moving to Phoenix where the elevation is 1,124. I will be putting up new videos of the good the bad and most likely very ugly once in Phoenix. and you plant in the fall let it over winter, it takes about one full year for garlic to grow.....

@TheoryIsSpeculation Look at some of my trough videos. If you make them deep enough 12” or so you should be able to do container gardening. There are a lot of things you can plant in. as far as for the water you can make a filter (check the web) or get filtered water and or catch rain water if it is legal in AZ. Check before you start to catch rain water..... Hope this helps, good luck and thank you.

@TheoryIsSpeculation I'm moving down there myself.... I am going to plant normal depth . The "leaves" of the onion and garlic can handal the heat better than most other plants. However mulch and water. I might even come up with shade cloth during the high heat days 105 ++

@mac40nme09 I will be planting most of my garlic in Aug - Sep. I hope you get a chance to add some garlic to your garden. There is nothing like eating garlic from your own back yard.
