Join me as I take a little walk in a childhood forest. (I apologize for the shaky picture + somewhat bad quality)

  • Arko, thanks a lot for showing me around. A beautiful place that for sure becomes even more inviting when it's filled up with childhood memories, when they build it's furniture. You can really see and I bet especially smell the spring coming walking through such a clammy forest.

Congrats to that Eltang design. I love it. Only I always find these silver applications to be a bit too much on the Stanwell Year Pipes.

Take care and see you 'round, mate! Eddy

  • @Ctz1H Eddy, thanks for walking with me! I like the furniture analogy, it's very true.

Yeah, the pipes is growing on me. You know, I've been thinking about the Stanwell silver plates myself lately ... In general I don't mind them, and I find that on some shapes they even look classy, but I see your point. Sometimes they can be a bit too much.

Hope you're able to breathe between your piles of books!

    See you, pal!

  • Nice location and great looking pipe!

  • @flagg1122 Thanks!

  • nice to see ya man! i'm terrible at smoking flakes..maybe in due time

  • @thepypehype Thanks! Just rub 'em out, dude. That's what I do 90% of the time ... (but don't tell anyone).

  • great video !

i know exactly what you mean about the first few bowls not being great. i had a tin of solani 633 that was quite disgusting at first, but after letting it dry out and remoisturizing it, it became quite a treat. i also noticed it tasted better rubbed out as opposed to a flake

  • Thanks for the tour man! Looks like a great place for a stroll and a pipe.

Eltang is the man, I gotta score one of his pipes!

    Love that music,

    Cheers,

    James

  • Great place for a pipe!

    Thanks for sharing!

    Matthew

  • Wonderful video! The scenery is beautiful and that pipe is just my style!!

  • Good video and a nice place to puff.

  • Beautiful setting Arko and really good match with the haunting music. I use the softy bits on all my pipes too, got a bag of 25 from an ebay seller in Canada. FVF is the next tin I am due to open. Have not had any in about a year so looking forward to it.

    Cheers, Alan

  • Reminds me very much of where I was brought up - great video.. I loved the music.
