yeah, i guess it could be, depending on benchmark. i still take the USA on the freedom to advance, although with obama at the helm, that is quickly changing. he is all about government control and socialism.

@scopapa33 apparently switzerland has the most oppurtunity... if you actually are lucky enough to get a citzenship there. But yeah, the standard of living is higher than USa and canada.
