Rain on my eyes. Music by : Gianluca Attanasio. A deep trip in the memory: it's "My first secret", the second acoustic album of Gianluca Attanasio. The Italian composer names Yann Tiersen, Michael Nyman, Ryuichi Sakamoto and Chopin as influences. Poetic and melodic, several of the seventeen pieces have the intense impact of a soundtrack (My first secret, Rain on my eyes, Another day behind the window, Your absence, Serenata dal cuore, Dolce carillon). This inspirational Solo piano work is the perfect occasion for people lovers of evocative melodies. Serenata dal cuore was composed for His Holiness John Paul 2nd's last birthday. It was performed in the Sala Nervi (Vatican) on may 15th 2004. It was played by Alessandria Classical Orchestra, conducted by Mr. Renato Serio.
