im black myself and i agree to a point. i believe race shouldn't be a hold on a person whether white/black/asian/hispanic. nothing should be given to any group.. we all must earn what we get and if the hardest worker/highest grade are white they should be rewarded/receive the jobs they earned. same goes if they are black. in the Army honestly I can say the awards go to the best men in my unit. race or "Diversity" has no place here with me.
