Work is currently being done to try and restore and improve some of these old recordings, with a view to try and get something good enough to commit to CD or vinyl, it is a very long and slow process, but if the results are good enough, a released version may be possible in the future.

listened to it a few more times. the eclectic structue of the song, esp the guitar (baz floors me regularly) just fucking sweet to hear. add branch's soulful vocals, dennis' powerhouse bass and frank halls thudding skills behind the kit - just amazing.

In my opinion, even some the Worlds most accomplished guitarists today would find it hard to emulate what Baz was doing in the early 1970s - his choice of notes, and the precise quality of his playing were VERY SPECIAL ! I still can't understand how Vertigo could have shelved their album back in '73 ?

What a great band that seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle, (of all the other great bands of this era). This music is better than anything out today, that's for sure.

Try the Rockadrome music store or Shadow Kingdom records I think their the most likely to have Necromandus' album..
