3 channels/sounds in play - the gothic/doom-sound, the electronic buzz pattern (not from sequencer), and a low bubbling noise you can't hear well until it catches the echo. note how the 4-channel mix patterns (controls in upper left) affect how each signal is echoed without changing the analog echo controls.

  • @sineworm ,,every video i have watched on youtube today featuring these things had me thinking that exact same thing. What the hell is going on ????????

  • I spy three flux capacitors :P

  • HAWT!

John, ya big dummy! I'll see you on Muff's!

  • Ah! Sorry my Buchla knowledge is lacking!

For others do a search on Buchla 250e

And for what I thought it was fo a search on MFOS 16 Step

  • Cool! This would be a good sound effect for some creepy evil machine room in a video game like Doom! ;-)

Hey, is the circular sequencer module the MFOS 16 step circuit with a interface design similar to DJ Thomad White's? Or is it actually a Buchla design?

    Thanks for posting.
