Two questions:

What pen/mod is that?

Did you use a video effect to make the light flicker or is that how it's like in the room you're spinning in? I think it's cool.

It's a so called "Black Bonkura KT", an all black Dr KT with Dr Grip grips instead of Sailor Gel.

The flickering light is just because of my camera and how I had my spots I would guess, it isn't usually like that.
