And thus Games That Blow makes it's official return with an RPG that just made me want to wretch. I may have come off a bit harsher than usual on this game, but trust me... my rage was well founded. I do know that most Dungeon Crawlers weren't that advanced... but c'mon, this was sheer laziness.

  • dude, you suck! you don't actually review the game, you just bitch and moan about completely trivial things. angry nintendo nerd you are not.

  • omg - you seriously could not figure out how to leave the armory? how does one get confused about such a simple task? I first played this game when I was 5 and never had that happen to me... lmao!

  • :27 actually I did beat it. Sure I won't lie it was tough but a lot of retro games are. That's part of what makes them fun.

1:32 Well obviously the second one is standing directly behind the first one! It's okay an easy mistake to make my friend. :)

2:00 Yeah I've walked into those guys before training enough too. A grave error you only make once.

  • fuck you

  • screw you

  • So because you suck at this game, the game sucks?

  • Wow, that was impressive, words can't describe, so I'll borrow from you when reviewing your review. "It has nothing going for it; in conclusion... it SUCKS!"

  • Wow, go get bent, Glee Club. Don't. Ever. Make. Another. Video.

  • First. Learn how to game. It's not that hard to get out of the freaking armory. You're reviewing a game poorly, not because the game was bad, but because of your own incompetence.

Second, try playing Heroes of the Lance. Then we'll see if this is still the "worst". I like the setting, but miserable game.

  • To clarify, I meant that in the time of the NES, there weren't any other multiplayer RPGs as far as I can tell. Nowadays we've got a number of them, especially the "Tales of" series is known for its multiplayer real-time combat.

  • Honestly? You couldn't even get out of the armory? I mean come on, this isn't like Wizardry IV where the first room was a serious puzzle, how could you not figure out how to leave? Seriously, I don't think dungeon crawls are for you.

And your review fails - this was a really awesome game. I mean, I can't even name any other 2 or 4 MULTIPLAYER rpgs where you each controlled your own characters. The instruction manual for the game was also really cool (you can find it at replacementdocs).

  • Sorry for being a dick, but your review is what I describe as "EPIC FAIL" and this game is nowhere near bad. You sound like a retarded 8-year-old-kid who doesn't know jack shit about video games.
