Just like ourselves, service employees aren't in a good mood everyday. He reminds us why you might run into a service employee, who's in a bad mood and how much we rely on them on a daily basis.

I have a completely different view of McDonalds now. In fact, I detest all that they stand for. The managers are devils.

I have worked in two different McDonalds stores as a Crew Member. My work colleagues were great but we got bullied by the managers. I got bullied because I didn't want to progress that much. The work is hard at times and the pay is low. I think if you want to change the perception that people have of McDonalds, you're going to have to improve the conditions and raise the wage.
