@saif140 It's just strength training for when it comes to the actual dolphin kick in the butterfly stroke.

is it necessary to do this kind of kick to keep oneself vertical? kindly make some videos on the alternative options..

woa doggy! Good demo, great kick! Lots of power in there too! I personally have a hard time staying up just vertical kicking haha.
