  • i have to say i am natural and always be will but i used to take universal products back in the bay before everything was banned and that stuff was da bomb. i stacked mstak stak and cuts together slammed down a ton of protein, followed the 531 workout, and did about 20minutes of low intensity cardio after every workout and have had some of the best and fastest gains and motivation in the gym since i was back in high school working out to get pussy. i stand by universal still.

  • LOL Just so you all know, Animal Pak combined with a bodybuilding-appropriate clean diet and effective training will NOT provide results like this. They are just vitamins, fellas. If its dianabol or winstrol you are looking for, you have a much better shot of achieving performance on this level. lol...

  • Profesional bodybuilders look's so ugly, but frank acctually look good

  • He's great, but those db rows @ beginning are nowhere near full range of motion...

  • hello mr Roids

  • @LifeBodybuilding I wasn't forgetting anything. I was asking why he was surprised to see someone deadlift less than half of his own bodyweight. I'm not saying Frank isn't strong. I'm not rly sure why u said that.

  • @Awaps your forgetting this is bodybuilding,

Weight doesn't matter in the end, leave your ego at the door, it's all about the muscularity

  • @SplatterFreak Definitely not trying to argue with u here.. but kinda wanna pick ur brain.. Do you think that is even that much weight for him? I'm going to make some assumptions here that he is like 5'10" and 260lbs or something. That was only 495lbs if using a 45lb bar. And forgive me for saying ONLY like that, it's just that in general doing twice your bodyweight for a deadlift, which that wasn't (if my assumptions are correct), is completely doable for strong people.

  • 2:25 ... like it's NOTHING.

  • @nickfromCO i hope the next time you workout a 45lb plate falls on your head.
