From the public domain film, "Habit Patterns" (1954). The word virtue comes from Latin. It denotes "strength of character leading to courageous deeds". St. Augustine says that "virtue is a good habit consonant with our nature". The virtues are dispositions or habits of character that lead us to do good. Virtues are good character traits or habits of the heart. Augustine further defined virtue as "a good quality of the mind by which we live righteously, of which no one can make bad use." The virtues dispose us to an orientation of life opposite that of the vices. Prayer is also essential in developing good habits. • Poor Barbara. Rumpled skirt, spotted sweater, and hair in a tizzy. Never mind I like her.

  • OCD much, Helen?

  • matching the right skirt with the right sweater is paramount

  • I have to admit, the narrator is right.

I have a friend like Barbara. She is gross but can totally help it.

  • this is true but how do you know how and what to do for good habits unless youve been trained properly

  • This narrator is a hateful bitch with a capital "C"

  • This is just one big "wtf is wrong with you" lecture.

  • The Narrator would have a aneurysm if she saw my morning routine!

  • Oh, she got dissed by the "populars'"...like it's the end of the world! *sarcasm*

  • Barbra is a punk, Helen is a cunt, they both went to a party, found out they were lame. And oh, I don't know why, oh, I don't know why, perhaps they'll die, oh yeah!

I'm so glad that everything can be cured by prescription medication. Why, if it couldn't, we might have to take some responsibility for the way we behave and live! What a drag that would be. Thank goodness you were here to tell us that there's nothing we can do about the way we are, and that everyone must certainly have a mental illness or learning disability, and it's not our fault! It would be dreadful to have to own up to our own failings.

  • "Did you see Barbara during history? She was DRUMming with her FINGers!"

"Gosh! I wonder if she's... (whisper) p.g.! Or... on DOPE!!"

    :gasps:

    :dramatic chord:
