No offense, but you wouldn't run out of stamina so fast if you didn't attack when you were way out of range.
That and I really don't find stamina as that big of an issue unless you're already low when you get into a fight.
The trick is to spend your stamina as fast as you can build it back up, and don't waste it all at once.
