There should be a mod where you could pick between nukem and harry that's the characters name and have both monsters in the game at the same time. that is bad ass.

Poor man's Duke.
-
Almost looks like Duke Nukem Advance.
-
@randomnerd123 Wrong. That started with Heretic, not with Doom, and not even with Doom 2.
-
in the options you could change the controls to look up and down....

@TinariKao On the other hand, several features that made Duke3D's engine unique are neglected here, such as breakable walls, bullet marks staying on walls, footprints, interactive/breakable objects, etc.. Remarkably, some blood stains stay on walls, which again was not natively supported by Doom's engine.
All in all, this is an improved Doom's engine running a map that mimics the geometry of the first level of Duke3D (which in turn was extremely simple), which doesn't seem so impressive.

@TinariKao What is impressive, if anything, is the way this map was designed in order to cleverly overcome Doom's engine limitations, namely the planarity of the map (i.e., only one floor level for each x-z coordinate), by adding a few portals; the inability to jump, by adding lifts; and the absence of diagonal slopes, converting them in tiny stairs. Also, this is actually an improved version of Doom's engine (more like Heretic's), because the player is allowed to look up and down.

Doom, released 1993.
Duke 3D, released 1996.
Quake, released 1996.
I dunno about you guys but seeing ID's 3 year older engine handle doing duke 3D in any capacity while they were making one of (again) the most revolutionary 3D games at the time is impressive. ;p
