The wolves have been much more active in howling responses, some stimulated by wild wolves, some stimulated by sirens. They also howl because they feel good and want to rally. Aidan has joined the pack
howling again, after being a bit intimidated by Maya earlier in the fall. In this clip, Grizzer tries to defend a beaver from Denali, an over excited, testing yearling.

  • Truly the highlight of my day. The howl rally was absolutely awesome! I only wish that I could have experienced it first hand in person. Someday I will!!! In the meantime, thank you so much IWC. You do a spectacular job.

  • Absolutely Awesome!! It's amazing how wolves are so close to domestic dogs when they hear a siren. Beautiful music. Grizzer was determined to guard his beaver! LOL Wonderful footage. Thanks to all at the Wolf Center. Can't wait till the next one. These videos really make my day.
