Which version of the game is that? I've played several revisions, hacks, remakes and ports, and I never saw Sonic's sprite in FRONT of the banner, but I've seen it several times on Youtube. Is that PAL, or JAP (first verions), or is it an emulation thing? I noticed the clouds weren't moving, hinting that it's an early build of the game.
