Vicky tries to get Steven settled in bed, then returns to the living room to find Grant playing with one of Steven's remote-controlled police cars (a gift from Ryan? Does anybody know?). Grant says he made a pretty good Santa, didn't he? Vicky tells him not to quit his day job. Grant asks if that means the fight is over. Vicky says why spoil Christmas, right? Grant tells Vicky not to pretend with him, and that he doesn't want her to shove her fears under the rug just because it's a holiday. Vicky doesn't think she's as strong as the person following them and threatening Grant, but Grant tells her she is--they both are. Then he reaches into his sack and says Santa has something for her: her engagement ring. Vicky says Santa should put it on the tree because it's not Christmas yet, and she doesn't want to ruin the magic. Grant agrees and puts the engagement ring on the tree. Bridget comes racing in and tells Grant he has to go because she can't keep Steven in bed. Vicky practically shoves him out the door because she's not ready for her son to not believe in Santa Claus yet. When Steven comes in a few seconds later, Vicky tells him that Santa Claus just left because he had to go to the house next door, but Grant's going to come over and help them decorate the Christmas tree. Bridget says that's wonderful because they don't have anyone tall enough to put the angel on the top of the tree, then she and Steven have some milk and cookies. The doorbell rings and it's Grant. Vicky has to motion to him to remove his white gloves from his Santa costume, which he does before Steven can see them. While Steven and Bridget wish each other a merry Christmas, Vicky tells Grant they've been waiting for him. Grant tells Vicky he's been waiting for her all his life and then kisses her. Thanks to Janie for the scenes.
Me neither. But because Steven's so cute, and I've always liked Bridget, I went ahead and put up these scenes.
