@tizpearl best passing scrum-half Ireland have ever had? I lost count of the number of bad passes he threw during his career. Normally a SH is competent at running, kicking and passing. Stringer was a very average passer, terrible box-kicker and has only started running late on in his career (with some success). If he was as good as you say he would have at least made 1 Lions tour but no coach has ever wanted to touch him because he's so poor

@conorfarrellable offside...lol Clearly the ball was out & the Italian 9 was ONSIDE. Stringer's was the first offence & got twatted for tugging the guys shirt illegally. Not saying he deserved it but when you play dirty eventually someone's going to peg you for it.

i love it. cheeky plays by guys like Stringer almost are never called by the referee. The only solution is to either ignore it completely, or take the law into your own hands.
