Here's a leg circuit for the ladies from http://www.fitinahurry.com

Perform 4 sets of this whole circuit, resting only 30-45 seconds between sets.

1) 5 Jump Squats (10 bodyweight squats if you're a beginner or need to be careful with your knees)

2) 15 Bulgarian Split-Squats - perform your reps at the bottom half of the range of motion

3) 25 Wide Stance Bodyweight Squats - perform your reps at the bottom half of the range of motion

*For exercises 2 and 3 try performing your reps at the bottom half of the range of motion to place more tension on the quads

  • He's not squatting for those jump squats, and bulgarian split squats are done with the top of your foot resting on the object behind you, not toes under.
