Here's a leg circuit for the ladies from http://www.fitinahurry.com
Perform 4 sets of this whole circuit, resting only 30-45 seconds between sets.
1) 5 Jump Squats (10 bodyweight squats if you're a beginner or need to be careful with your knees)
2) 15 Bulgarian Split-Squats - perform your reps at the bottom half of the range of motion
3) 25 Wide Stance Bodyweight Squats - perform your reps at the bottom half of the range of motion
*For exercises 2 and 3 try performing your reps at the bottom half of the range of motion to place more tension on the quads
He's not squatting for those jump squats, and bulgarian split squats are done with the top of your foot resting on the object behind you, not toes under.
