My mother's dog is blind, she goes by sound though since she hates leashes.

Yes, but by 12 weeks puppies should develop vision. This particular dog was born with a visual impairment resulting in the dog having permanent blindness.

Good to see a person who doesnt mind aring for a blind dog, there are a lot of people who are so trashy they would have the dog put to sleep because they are too lazy to care for it....but thats mostly here in US. I see you live in a country that has values.

This is a sweet story. I thought it was cute when the baby horse (foal) went to investigate, smelling, and Megan wasn't so sure about it! Beautiful dogs, and horses.

Very interesting, thanks for posting. I am a trainer working with a 12 week puppy right now that was born blind.
