so if water comes jumping out of the radiator with the cap off while the engine is running is that sign of a blown hea gasket too?

@lcabrera69 No but it is when air is injected in the cylinder through the leak down tester.

@richpin06a yea im scared that i might have a blown head gasket because the car over heats but the fans dont work anymore so im thinking is the fans the cause the over heating but sometimes a little of water comes off the tail pipes when i just start the car and like i explained to you water just jumps out of the radiator when i take off the cap and the engine is running

hi i got a ford windstar 2002 3.8 lx my spark plugs are wet from coolant every body says to get a new motor but the cost is $1200. what do u think would be the best solution repair it or junk it?? Also do u have any videos on that type of repair if so can u send me a link.

@JCPEREZ1569 If it has a cracked head you can put a used head on cheap if you can do the work yourself.I do not have a video on this vehicle at this time.

u forgot to say that in order to get proper readings the piston of the cylinders been tested must be in top dead center.

I have a Camry 96 4cyl.

One day the check engine came ON and car was running rough, missfire cylinder 2.

Found water in my no2 chamber spark plug. Everybody said this it's the head gasket.Paid a good technician at home, he took out the head -to the machinist, resurface and installed everithing back, new gaskets.

Car running for 30 min everithing was fine. Days later - runned the car another 30 min same thing, check engine ON, same chamber found water. Should I trash it?

@lcabrera69 hey noticed your comment and thought id share what my cas was doing. well basically the same thing as you. take cap off run engine and coolant just jumps out like gush .... gush.... gush. anyway come to find out my heater core was filled with ice so i took a little heater put in the cab under the pass side dash and melted the ice in the heater core. now you may not have ice but your heater core may be cloged. check hose to see if they get hot like they should if not its cloged
