  • stfu rustambayli, its the truth. try for yourself and eat a spoonful of coconut oil in the early morning. I guarantee you will feel more alive than you ever have especially if you are constantly fatigued like I used to be, before trying coconut oil.

  • For those who are in sports, for weight-training the energy coconut oil provides is OUTSTANDING.

Stuff tastes great-Have NO problem eating tablespoons of coconut oil.

Here's my ONLY problem with coconut oil.

If/when the FDA's evil, sneaky control over natural supplements & whole foods goes into effect:

ALL of us who enjoy the health benefits of coconut oil and other supplements

will no longer be able to purchase it and/or afford it.

And it sucks that you can't find coconuts labeled "non-GMO"

  • @tapestrythreads According to the latest info by Dr. Sanjay Gupta and a host of cardiologists have found, and this is present findings, that cholesterol and saturated fats do clog the arteries. I respect your opinion but I'm going with Dr. Sanja Gupta. I am looking for Virgin cold pressed Rice bran oil. Thanks for the come back.

  • @rainydog May I kindly suggest that you're behind the times? Google "saturated fat" or "dangers of cholesterol" and read ALL the results on the first page or two. You'll see the old parroted "truths" that "everyone knows"...but dig deeper and read the rest. Countless studies for over 50 years have not found real evidence for saturated fat or cholesterol being the cause of heart disease.

  • Wait ?! Coconut Oil has a coconut taste ?! Who woulda thunk ?!?! Glad I tuned into this video to find out !! HA

  • I can't believe his guy is a real doctor. coconut oil is mostly saturated fat. Who cares how much heat it can take. Saturated fat is not healthy. Saturated fat raises cholesterol and clogs the arteries. Solid or liquid according to the American Heart association coconut oil is one of the worse oils you can use. Might as well use butter, which is also unhealthy.

  • I have been brushing my teeth with Coconut oil for about a year now. I dont suffer from halitosis anymore, I dont get that pasty gritty plaque build up on my teeth by the end of the day. In a pinch I can skip a day, my tooth brush doesn't smell funny, and the bristles dont dry out and get crusty. my gums dont bleed, my glands dont swell, I dont bite my tongue / cheeks as much when I chew food. PLUS; I get the benefit of oil pulling, while brushing my teeth.

  • raw organic virgin oil<3

  • Please check if you ever take antibiotic Levaqin, Avelox, Cipro, Floxin you can the brain fog and more simptoms from that. I have the problem 3 years.

  • @alanckaye LOL. I put a tablespoon or so in my morning oatmeal, also I use it for cooking (in lieu of olive oil). You do have to get used to the taste and aroma. Hope it helps.
