Evan's new casting speeds

Just screwing around in Tespia. I'd read that Evans received a bit of a speed boost in the Chaos patch, but to call it "a bit of a speed boost" is an understatement. Check it out. The "Dragon Blink" skill is featured as well, first while training, and later in a large town.

When you train in any map post chaos with an Evan, you use dragon thrust then blink rapidly. Or FW then blink for a big map
