Best example of society polarizing a black man with a criminal record, is Mr. Mike Vick.

He was fighting pittbulls and they are aggressive, and can be potential dangerou even if they never shown any hostile behavior previously. What Vick done was wrong and he has paid his debt to society in many ways.

They are also meagerly paid and saturated with cases in order to maintain a decent income; so they have little interest in taking a case to trial, so they'll tell their client to take a deal, mainly because they lack the public funding to argue their case, and could very well be won in the favor of the defended. Now this youth has a record, which gives society another reason to polarize a black man.

3)Disadvantage youth are underrepresented in the legal system, those who have to rely on a Public Defender, are depending on someone who is underfunded 2 to 1, compared to their prosecuting counter parts.

Thank you for your assessment on African-American and Police relations, however, you ignore some facts; 1) According to the Industrial Complex, Black's make up 60% of the non-violent drug related offenses, 87% of illegal drug use is done by whites. 2) Young black men are targeted by police; I'm sure you heard of the term "Driving while Black."

How about cops are legitimately scared of blacks versus whites? The fact blacks generally have bad attitudes towards the cops and law enforcement in general doesn't help the cause. It's circuitous and one provokes the other. Cops may already have ideas when they're approaching black men, but black men sure give them reason to. I've seen some videos where black men are plain uncooperative and almost bait cops into thinking they're dangerous and then if something actually happens they cry out
