@ARO19870331 You're absolutely right. It is LTJ Bukem, although I haven't heard of him, he shows up when I search him.
I found some info tying St. Germain to this song, so perhaps they're the same person?
I used a song identifier to get the artist and song (Tunatic), but perhaps there was a slight bit of misinformation on the server the program uses.

It's not American, I've been having trouble finding it. Amazon has Saint Germain.... I think it's a series of compilation CDs.

@mecevans YESSS...These last 2 days were my first race ever. OMFG IT WAS EPIC. I was talking to Horsepoweerfreaks and that was their second time running their BMW on the track. They DETUNED it 300 horsepower from 1022 lol

The name of the track is Watercolours by LTJ Bukem. He's out of the UK and a different artist than St. Germain who is French and came on the scene in early 2000 with his album Tourist.
A few years ago there were a number of chill-out and jazz inspired compilations that came out that had the name St. Germain in the name after the famous district in the 6th arrondissement in Paris known for its clubs and cafes.
