I adopted a box turtle from my sister in law and all it has ever eaten is insects and we are having problems getting her to eat vegetables, we bought some paste stuff, and some protien pellets but she refuses to eat them, can you help me?

@Flamingcobra98 Of course its not ok, Box Turtles are purely land animals and only go into the water to drink and occasionally to cool down and even then, its only in very shallow water

Um I have a question I have a box turtle and I have all the filters and things for a red ear slider and I wanted to know if it is ok to keep a box turtle in a aquarium with a red ear slider? Some one please Reply?????? =)

@GolfinMySoxOff I am a box turtle expert at 90+ years. and i feed my box turtles lard and lye soap. They love it, and they love me. I AM A 120 YEAR OLD MAN WITH A SERIOUS APPETITE FOR BOX TURTLES AND YAMS. Luve em!

umm ok i have a question, i hear your suppost to soak a box turtle for 15 to 30 mins every day, i dont have money for a humidifier, so i soak him in warm water (not to hot, not to cold) every morning in a small plastic storage tub, is it ok to have him soaking in the bathroom while i take a shower?...so i guess my question is, IS THE STEAM THAT FILLS THE ROOM WHEN I TAKE A SHOWER GOOD FOR MY BOX TURTLE?

@GolfinMySoxOff box turtles dont really like water and they dont usally swim so its ok but i spritz mine with water every other day or so
