  • @SoDrigh Speed limits are for the people who do not know how to drive using their common sense, but if that's the case then they shouldn't be driving full stop. Mind you, they do generate revenue.

  • @SoDrigh The sea front where I live has a speed limit of 30mph. It is a reasonably wide road with beach one side and set back houses on the other. at the height of summer it is packed with people everywhere and 30mph could be considered too fast. Middle of winter, 8.00am, no one about and you can quite safely do 50mph with good visibility. I ride a fast motorcycle and the last 3 times I've been stopped for speeding, each time I was told I was not riding dangerously. Then why bother?

  • veronica chapman does not know the bible

  • @taureanvr interesting questions you pose. However, don't shoot any messenger bringing news to us all no matter the guise. Mankind is able to express consciousness in myriad of ways. Sexuality is not the point or issue here. We don't really need to know the reason/s for others decisions to be what they choose to be. Best not to judge but to simply act as an interested observer watching energy manifest in our lives, wouldn't you agree?

  • @taureanvr i think you're missing the point of this lesson and are clouding your judgement with prejudice. I don't think that the speakers gender reflects on the subject, it is a moot point. The real issue is the fact that statutes are abstract whereas common laws are absolute. And who is to say what the function of a man or a woman is in a modern civilisation? Making babies making war, mum does the dishes dad goes to work,. Do you still live in the fifties?

  • this guys jus contradicted himself. if you need men in a tribe to defend from another tribe, and you need women in a tribe to bring more men into the tribe, and that is common sense (common law) isnt it going against common sense (common law) to decide that you were born in the wrong skin and undergo operations meaning you can do neither the function of a man, or a woman efficiently??? i know society is different now, but if it is acceptable, then isnt that goin to bring humanity to its death?

  • If you are speeding and you get a speeding ticket you can get it thrown out of court. But my question is according to common law, if you are speeding wouldn't that be a disregard to the cautionary and preventitive matters on causing harm via accident.
