Scientifically speaking there is proof that children should be drinking breast milk until they have their adult teeth as that is when their immune systems are mature. That means approximately the age of 5 or 6.

@dreamdoll1988 Well in reading your paragraph, I can tell that you didn't get any breastmilk. No capitals, no punctuation, incorrect spelling and lower status phrasing.
Her child will be very intelligent if he keeps breastfeeding.

theres a reason god made boys and girls able to grab and walk at this age so they can feed themselves ur kids gonna be slow as he isnt learning how to drink from a bottle and use his movement correctly he isnt a newborn anymore

so if a baby gets teeth at 3 months, thats it? steak and potato, no more nursing? thats stupid..my 19 month old has a mouth full of chompers and nurses and eats plenty of table food.. for optimal nutrition, he gets both still.

Well, then I guess you'll just have to comfort him before bedtime with your breast, as usual...
how about twins....

Nursing twins? It can be done. Might be a lot less work than carrying around bags of bottles and formula and mixing that stuff up and cleaning bottles all day. See the book "The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding' by La Leche League. They talk about nursing twins.

I just had my baby 3 weeks ago tomorrow and I hope that I can breastfeed at least 1 year if not longer. It 's a great experience.
