Arab-Americans flock to Gaza protests - 15 Jan 09

The war on Gaza has sparked demonstrations worldwide. In the US, where support for Israel remains strong, there has been a growing protest movement against the war. It is particularly strong among Arab-Americans, especially those of Palestinian origin. Sebastian Walker reports.

In spite of relentless Hasbara efforts & the Jewish lobbies around the world, the penny has dropped – People out there see Israel for what it is : Just 21% of those polled worldwide on a BBC poll expressed a positive opinion of Israel. I guess that the message is clear – the solidarity with the Palestinians is about to become a tidal wave. Palestinian solidarity is the true meaning of humanism. We are now a mass movement that is becoming increasingly aware of itself as such.

It's really awesome when people make really simplified claims on youtube. It's especially awesome since you don't know if they're just ignorant or they are intentionally avoiding the parts that make their side look bad (like the fact that Hamas uses the one-third of the Gaza Strip that is densely populated instead f the farms).

First of all, it is my concern as a US taxpayer since billions of our tax dollars each year are whisked off to israel to be used to oppress and occupy the Palestinians.

What Israle does is NOT done everywhere in the world. In fact, not one other nation is illegally occupying another nation. Only israel.
