@bernsteinlara It should however be noted that this is in minor, while fere jacque is commonly sung in major.
Captain obvious to the rescue!

@bernsteinlara YOU DON'T SAY?!?!?!?
-
This is fricken awesome!

wow i never heard any song in an orchestra that started with a string bass solo. AMAZING <3

Eschenbach is able to know and to transmit the exact second, the exact time, the exact pause, the exact rhythm!! It makes me shiver!! Think in all those holocausts not only the Jewish one.... I love and admire Jewish people but let's say that a holocaus, t could be Vietnam, Rwanda, Chiapas (Mexico), Korean War against USA, Civil War in Spain, Ciudad Juárez (Mexico), Somalia, Tibet, Palestinians demanding their land, those who are trying to survive and they can't!!!

@bernsteinlara Thank you, Captain Obvious!

Eschenbach recently joined the D.C National Symphony Orchestra. Being a resident of VA, I hope he can help turn the Kennedy Center around; it breaks my heart to see empty seats in such a beautiful theater
