even if I wasn't DCSE certified having some one come fix your stuff at where ever is nice almost no other company does that you have to pay and send it in. Sorry about your issues but that dosn't always happen hope all is still well.

I have had good luck with Dell but I am also DCSE ceritified and am getting an Aurora myself for the tech support and warrenty so I don't have to mess with asus or msi or gigabyte or whomever I can call Dell and have parts in a day shipped to me and fix it myself. Also is on around a difference on $300 between building my own from newegg or where ever and Dell and for the warrenty and having parts over nite and not waiting weeks to rma a part out is a huge plus,
