When Airplanes Are Loud - DVD Preview

For the first time, I am presenting to you a preview of an upcoming DVD release for Steve's Airshow World. Set for a November 11, 2008 release, "When Airplanes Are Loud" contains exactly that - moments when aircraft are at their loudest. Rather than placing some of the best and loudest demonstrations I have shot on video, I have edited a large handful of military aircraft demonstrations from many different airshows and left only the parts where the aircraft are at their loudest. Featured aircraft on the include the AV-8B Harrier, F-15 Eagle, F-15E Strike Eagle, F-16 Fighting Falcon, F/A-18C Hornet, F/A-18F Super Hornet, F-22 Raptor, and several other aircraft. @jc005e it really depends on the weather.last month i went to el centro arshow they had an f 18 super hornet and they had viper west with the f 16, and usaully the super hornet gets louder but it didnt this time.f 16 was way louder and nellis 2009 was he same thing.i went to miramar last year same jets and f 22.the the super hornet that day got a tad bit louder than the raptor but didnt sound as deep.and they all pretty much sound the same.

@oTECHNETIUMo yes i herd the strike eagle before , maybe to you they sound alike but to me the super hornet is louder because of the engine tone , but out of both jets , the F-22 takes it.

the f-15E always has a wide turn radious compared to the f-15C an f-16

@jonathansymes2 sure is there are two F-18s hornet and super. Super has tow seats hornet has one.
