Making money seems like it would be easy enough to do but I find that consistently doing is the hard part. I think many times people give you a way to make money once but don't give you a replicable system to continuesley make money. This video is definitley some insight for me on moving forward.

@legcaybegins yea, you can not normally make this a full time job. just have everything ready in case something comes available, such as truck, trailer, cutting torch, tools, rope, tarp, and people to help you move it, a place to sell it, a back up place to sell, call and get prices 1-4 times a month, normally prices change weekly, check scrap yard hours of operation.

how much around do you get for a trailer/van load .....and how do you know one metal from another

@thatbboyAli well call the scrap yard, dont even take to scrap unless its $185-$210 per ton or more, for "sheet metal" which is refrigerators, metal shelving, hot water tanks, basically all normal scrap metal. if its brown, or brown with greenish tarnish, its probably copper. aluminium is very light weight for its size and usually white or very light gray color. copper gives you about $3 to $3.25 per pound when scrap metal/sheet metal gives you about $0.10 per but easier to find.

wow good job nive vid im only 16 and ive got my own scrap company that i built up from a riding lawn mower and trailer to i know own trucks and trailers and its not easy but i make alot of money doing it and i got tons of customers and what ever i get in goes in a stock pile once i reach close 150 ton i haul it in and thats like once a month

do you know if its illegal to raid scrap bins at auto places where they dont have a fence and the area isnt marked private property? because i know several places in my area where i could just back a truck up and hit dumpster mart like a mother fucker
