They could of recreated the two color in the spots that were black in white through digital separations of images. but it's obviously more expensive than colorization of black n white, Since the color was still in the shades of gray in the Band w

America doesn't "ban" stereotype imagery of yesteryear, it's the studios that choose to dodge releasing controversial material withe their name affixed. Were is illegal Warner wouldn't have issued this DVD through Warner Archive, and you wouldn't be watching it here.

Of course this clip is in 2 strip Technicolor and not 3 strip which took 5 more years to create. Who cares. Its still Jolson.
