@fourlayers You are probably thinking about the wing on the Oppio, which is the most famous remain of the Domus Aurea. The red and black rooms we see are reconstructions of rooms in that wing of the palace, but when the camera pans out we can't see it. It would be somewhere on the bottom of the screen, left under the Colosseum.
The building you see next to the lake is an extension of the vestibule.

El Coliseo fue edificado sobre la laguna artificial de Nerón. Que lastima que se perdieron la casa y los jardines. Me gustan más que el monocorde diseño del Coliseo, una especie de batea gigante.
